  • Gale's Science Resource Centeror Student Resource Center Silver. Link from Library SharePoint site at home. Search for your topic by subject or keyword. Includes reference articles (originally from books); articles from magazines, newspapers, and academic journals; multimedia items (images, diagrams, video clips, etc.); primary documents; and links to pre-selected web sites. Note the difficulty levels of articles, and be sure to jot down the citation they give you! Can email articles to your personal email address.
  • Web Sites: NASA and Creative Commons. Search for your topic, or search for images on your topic (example: moon images). Follow the following citation format:
    Last name, First name of Author. "Title of Article." Overall Title of Web Site. Date Last Updated. Sponsoring Organization.
Date of Access <Web Address (URL)>.
  • Grolier Online. Link from Library SharePoint site at home. Search for your topic, and select articles with an “EA” (Encyclopedia Americana) or a “GME” (Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia) next to them. Includes encyclopedia articles with links, links to periodicals (magazines and newspapers), pre-selected web sites, and multimedia (images, video and audio clips, etc.). They give you the citations! You can email articles to your personal email address.
  • World Book Online . Link from Library SharePoint site at home. Search for your topic. Includes encyclopedia articles, tables, pictures, videos and animations, special reports, audio clips, etc. Citations given. You can email articles to your personal email address.
